Site plans for the financier's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.
Also included in this recent document disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for the Great St James island, situated in the American territory.
Jeffrey Epstein bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had formulated development schemes to develop the sprawling island by building living quarters, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
Visible on the drawing is a local waterway, a waterway in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The site plan is covered in red pen markings and includes a key detailing different areas of the estate.
Accompanying the main plan are what seem to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as designs for boat shelters.
More documentation made public as part of the continuing congressional disclosure.
